Starting Celebrating the Big Man...He's coming soon!!

Can you believe that tomorrow is already December 1st? This year is flying by!
Are you ready for the holidays? Are your presents bought? Wrapped? What about your tree and other decorations? Are you doing a Ali Edwards December Daily & December Daily this year?
October has a lot of Christmas fun planned for us throughout the entire month and today's new release just kicks off her gorgeous new holiday-themed kits! North Pole City was inspired by the Santa float during the parade at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party and perfectly captures the magic of Santa. It is perfect for scrapping all of your Santa memories, opening presents under the tree, Christmas shopping, December Daily, holiday cards and oh so much more. Included with this HUGE kit (the download is over 300MB) are 4 full alphas, more than 100 elements and 40 papers. With all of the variety, you can easily use North Pole City as your go-to Christmas kit!

And, October has a bunch of great add-ons to help you finish out your holiday pages!

And she made a total of 5 word art packs to use with all of your holiday pages, including some super fun international ones with the names of Santa and Merry Christmas in other languages!

And, she's even combined ALL of this new stuff into 2 different bundles. The first bundle is JUST the 5 word art packs and the second includes ALL 9 new releases!

All of these new releases are on sale for 25% off through Monday, December 3, 2012. Which takes their normal great prices down even more! So, hurry up and go buy yourself some Christmas presents.

I really enjoyed playing with North Pole City. Here's what I created with it.
Santa and his reindeer from Mickey's Once Upon a ChristmasTime Parade was just so awesome to see!

Hope I have given you some Christmas Time inspiration. And you may want to check out October's blog...she may have a freebie for ya!
Keep on scrappin'!

Tis the Season...from Kellybell Designs

As soon as one holiday finishes, it's time to welcome in the next holiday. It's the last day of November and it's full steam ahead with all the Christmas and holiday planning. It's time to trade in your visions of pumpkin pie for visions of sugar plums. Kelly has a wonderful new collection for you today that's all about scrapping your Christmas planning, decorating and family celebrations. There's no such thing as too many presents or too many Christmas scrapbooking kits. Let me introduce you to...

This collection has a gorgeous cool toned color palette including some beautiful pink papers and elements. The kit has 15 papers and more than 50 elements. There's a full candy red alpha along with a candy cane, flowers, frame, ornaments, snowflakes, buttons, candies, Christmas trees, flairs, journal tags, ribbons, word tags, snow scatter and more.

Take a look at this word art pack of 5 titles. So playful!

Kelly also has an alpha pack with 4 different colors in pink, green, yellow and blue. You can be very crafty and create your own beautiful titles by mixing and matching these letters.

If you love adding solid papers to your layouts and stacking them up, here's a cardstock pack with 8 solid colors.

Of course you can't live without the magnificent page starters and paper stacks. I've come to rely on these to give my pages a clustering boost and a quick start.

The Tis The Season collection is on sale this weekend only for 25% off. Make sure you fill up your shopping cart with all the extras too. You'll find everything at www.KellybellDesigns.com.

Kelly's kits are so versatile. Tis The Season can be used for scrapping your photos with Santa, decorating the tree, making holiday cookies and of course for all your adventures at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Here's cute lil double pager that I scrapped from the Mickey's Once Upon a ChristmasTime Parade...

Happy Thanksgiving from October Dawn Designs

Can you believe that November is already halfway over? Time sure is flying by, and in the busyness of life it's so easy to get distracted and forget to be thankful for the "little" everyday blessings. What are you thankful for today?
New this week from October Dawn Designs is a versatile kit inspired by the Liberty Tree Tavern located in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Did you know that you can eat Thanksgiving dinner every day of the year there? But, don't worry, for those of you who don't celebrate Thanksgiving or have never eaten at the Liberty Tree Tavern, it can be used for so much more! With all of the Colonial Americana and Thanksgiving themed elements you can easily scrap any fall feast, your fall photos, trips to Colonial American historic sites such as Monticello, and even photos of you eating your pumpkin or apple pies!

A Colonial Thanksgiving comes in at over 200MB and includes 2 full alphas (uppercase, lowercase, numbers and some punctuation), nearly 100 elements and 22 papers (7 solids, 15 patterned). The combination of fall colors along with the traditional Americana color scheme make for an warm and inviting feeling. We hope you'll love this new kit as much as we do!
Here's a page I made using A Colonial Thanksgiving.

My Oh My What a Wonderful Day!!!

At Disney, you can combine the thrill of a steep fall with the excitement of a splashy ending all in one ride called Splash Mountain. It's one of the 3 big 'mountain' rides and it's amazing. After you get soaking wet, you get to enjoy the most fabulous scenery of the Song Of The South movie with the crazy Brer characters. It's the perfect ride for a hot sunny day. The PhotoPass cameras will snap your picture as you're coming down the big slide. And you can get some great shots both inside and outside the ride area. You'll need a kit for scrapping all these splashy photos. Lucky for you, Kelly's got a colorful and whimsical new collection for you today called...

Wow! This kit is packed with an awesome collection of 68 elements. The first thing that catches your eye is the 3 Brer characters. Aren't they adorable? You'll also find a log boat, frog, blue bird, wooden signs, flairs, water splashes, flowers, frames, ribbons, buttons, briar twigs, grasses, stitching, signs, musical notes and Brer Rabbit's house. So gorgeous! Plus there's 15 papers in beautiful patterns and colors along with a green full alpha.

Because this kit is so colorful, you might need some extra alpha letters when you are creating your titles and word art. Kelly's got an Alpha Pack with 4 full alphas in green, yellow, tan and orange.

Check out this Page Starter set. So cool! There's 2 border clusters, 3 frame clusters and one ribbon cluster. These are so beautifully arranged and it's so easy to whip up a quick layout with these page starters.

These paper stacks are sweet! You can use them for scrapping your Splash Mountain photos or any pool fun photos.

Sometimes you need some extra solid papers when you doing a lot of paper stacking and layering on your layouts. This set of 10 solid colored papers complements the kit nicely. Make sure you add it to your shopping cart.

This entire collection is 25% off for the weekend so make sure you grab it quick while it's on sale. You can find 'The Splash Patch' and all of Kelly's products at www.KellybellDesigns.com.

While this kit was originally inspired for Splash Mountain photos, it's so versatile and can be used for all kinds of water fun pictures. Here's a page that I created.

Would you like some matching freebies for this collection? Kelly's Creative Team has some wonderful goodies for you today. Here is where you will find 3 treasures:

Everyone loves a parade! And when you visit Disney, everyone wants to see the castle. The castles at the Disney parks are certainly one of the most photographed items. And we want to see all your fabulous photos!! This month's theme is all about parades and castles. Here's all the rules and instructions to play:
  • Scrap a page that shows off your photos from the castles or parades at any of the Disney parks around the world. There's so many fun parades to choose from! And you probably have tons of photos in front of the castles.
  • Follow these 3 instructions:
    • Use at least 3 photos
    • Use the word "Disney" somewhere on your page (in the title, journaling, flair, word art, journal tag)
    • Include some pixie dust
  • Layouts should be made with 100% Kellybell products or freebies (you are allowed to use a template from another designer). You are welcome to submit more than 1 layout.
  • Post your layout into the Challenges Gallery at Kellybell Designs by midnight EST November 30th
Two winners will be selected and announced the first week of December. One winner will be chosen at random so all participants have a chance to win. The second winner will be selected as the most outstanding layout. Both winners will receive a gift certificate to Kellybell Designs store.

Here's some kit ideas to use for scrapping your challenge layout. You might like to use Boom Pow!, Cinderelly, Don't Ya Love A Parade, Essential Disney, Loyal & Brave, Magical Beginning, Merry & Bright, Once Upon A Time, Sleepy Beauty or Spooktacular.
